FAQ
When should I book you for our photo session or wedding?
The sooner the better. That means we have plenty of time for paperwork, planning and saving that date just for you.
Can my pet be in our photos?
We love pets and of course they can. They are part of your family. We can definitely include them in your session.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
If you think you may need us a little longer we can certainly do that unless we have something booked in after your selected time. Just ask us. There will be an hourly fee charged though, after the specified time of your package.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No you don't have to order prints through me but I can certainly offer them if you choose to. We use an amazing photo lab here is SA so you will be supporting 2 local SA businesses.
Will I get to meet you before the day?
I love to chat with my clients before the day. Maybe a phone call or a coffee. Whatever is easier for you. So when your special day or event happens we know each other and you are completely relaxed and comfortable. Just the way we like it!
If I need to change my package or session for some reason can I do that?
Life is unpredictable at times and if you need to change something we will do our very best to accommodate you. You just have to call us before the day and we will work through it together.
I am shy in front of the camera . Will I know what to do?
We are conscious that not everyone is comfortable in front of the camera, that's why we meet you and have a chat. I will guide you through our session and will give you prompts so don't worry. We've got you! Read our testimonials to help you decide.
What happens if the weather turns bad? for our outdoor shoot
We can't control the weather unfortunately but we can reschedule if it looks too windy or wet. We want to give you the best photos we can, so don't worry.
My kids get restless and won't sit too long . I'm concerned.
Don't be. I have worked with kids for many years in education so I get it. We don't sit long and we make our sessions fun so they don't get to bored and we get those beautiful memories done for you.
We are only planning a small wedding but we want photos. Do you cater for this?
We certainly do. It doesn't matter what size wedding you are planning we just love to be there for this special time. We love an intimate wedding.
